Revelation can be one of the most challenging books to understand in the Bible. Even though it can be challenging to understand, God intends for his people to listen to Revelation’s message and obey what it says (Revelation 1:3). It is impossible to follow a message that we cannot understand. While the book’s genre as apocalyptic literature does make us work harder to see what God is communicating about the end times, it doesn’t make it impossible.
